Step 1:
Measure
Lay a soft measuring tape flat across the widest part of your nail from side wall to side wall. Make sure the measuring tape is pulled tight to account for any curves on your nail. Write down the width of each nail in millimeters at the widest part.

Lay a piece of tape across the widest part of your nail and press down to account for any curvature. Mark the edges of your nail on the tape with a pen. Place the tape on a flat surface and measure the distance between each mark in millimeters using a measuring tape or ruler. Do this for each nail.

Once you’ve recorded the width of your nails in millimeters, you can use the chart below to determine your individual nail size (00-9) and the corresponding size kit to select (XS, S, M, L, XL). If you're between a measurement, I recommend sizing up and filing the nail down.
